Toe Rod Kit
These toe rods use the same high quality aluminum links and steel rod ends as our trailing arms and camber rods.
This unique design eliminates the jam nuts often used on other kits and the stock toe rods by using an omega clamp to lock the rod end in place instead. Using the omega clamp eliminates the need to get two large wrenches into place to hold both the link and the jam nut of other kits and replaces them with a small, 1/4" 12-point socket (not included). In addition, the omega clamp will not mar the links like jam nuts can.
The stock mounting points are used but replaces all the stock hardware with a custom, Stainless Steel bracket that holds and indexes two 1/2" hex head bolts that mount the inbord side of the links.
This kit also uses the same type of tapered spacers as our trailing arm and camber rod kits, allowing for maximum rotation of the rod ends while properly distributing the load from torquing the nut and bolt.
On the suspension knuckle a high strength, 17-4 PH Stainless Steel stud is used to fasten the rod to the knuckle.
